Q: Do you have birthday party packages?

Q: Where can I buy tickets ahead of time?

A: You can purchase tickets online right now. Click the “Buy Now Button” above or click here.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted at the park?

A: Cliff’s Amusement Park accepts cash, all major credit cards, and FUNcards.  Sorry, no checks accepted.

Q: Do you sell gift cards/certificates?

A: Yes, purchase a Cliff’s FUNcard at any ticket window during park hours, in our Administrative Office Monday through Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, or by going to our online store.

Q: Can I use cash in the Park?

A: Cliff’s Amusement Park is a cashless park.  Instead of cash, guests can purchase a Cliff’s FUNcard for any desired amount, which can be used for purchases anywhere in the park. Any amount remaining unspent on the FUNcard when you leave the park may be used on the next visit. “Bonus Value” is value that a guest may have received for free with a promotion and cannot be used for General Admission, All-Day Ride Passes, or rentals.

Q: What food can I bring into the park?

A: Sorry, but no outside food or drinks are allowed into the park.  One bottle of water per guest and baby food are the only food and drink items allowed into the park. Exceptions will be made for medical reasons.

Q: If we leave the park, can we come back in or do we have to pay again?

A: As noted in Cliff’s Park Policies, “Guests who leave the park and plan to return the same day must obtain a re-entry ticket from the Exit Gate Attendant before leaving through the Exit Gate. Re-entry tickets are only valid for use on the same day. To re-enter the park, you must present your re-entry ticket at admissions.

Q: How old must you be to work at Cliff’s Amusement Park?

A: To be employed at Cliff’s Amusement Park, you must be at least 15 years old.

Q: Where can I pick up an application?

A: Our application process is all online.  You can complete the online application by visiting our employment page.

Q: Can you wear regular clothes at WaterMania!?

A: Yes, you can. However, denim clothing and swimwear with zippers, buckles or rivets are not allowed on WaterMania! slides.

Guest Services

Guest Relations: Please feel free to request assistance or specific information at Guest Relations, located at the front entrance inside the park.

Stroller, Wheelchair & Wagon Rentals: A limited number of wheelchairs, strollers and wagons are available for a minimal charge at Guest Relations. They are rented on a first-come-first-serve basis, and may not be reserved in advance.

First Aid: The air-conditioned First Aid Station is located at the Kiddieland Ticket Window. First Aid does not dispense medication.

Lost and Found: Lost and Found is located at Guest Relations. Cliff’s Amusement Park is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property. If you lost an item while in the park, you can check to see if it has been found by clicking here.

ATM Machines: There are 2 ATMs, 1 located next to the Kiddieland Ticket Window. The other ATM is located next to guest relations.

Restrooms: Our restrooms are accessible to the disabled.

Baby-Changing Centers: Baby-Changing Centers are located in all women’s and men’s restrooms.

Lockers: Lockers are available for rent at Guest Relations and WaterMania!.

Parking: We provide free parking for our Guests. Parking for Guests with disabilities is available near the Front Gate at the south end of the parking lot. Please do not leave valuables in your car. Cliff’s Amusement Park will not be responsible for damage or loss to personal property.

Park Policies

Same Day Re-Entry: Guests who leave the park and plan to return the same day must get a re-entry ticket at the exit gate before leaving the park.  Re-entry tickets are only valid for use on the same day. To re-enter the park, you must present your re-entry ticket or Season Pass at admissions.

Smoking: Smoking in children’s areas, seating areas, restrooms, ride lines, and under covered structures is prohibited. Smoking policy includes e-cigs/vapor devices.

Rainy Day Policy:  In the chance of rainstorms and other severe weather conditions, some rides may be temporarily closed. If the majority of the rides are closed for more than 45 minutes, we will gladly offer a ‘return pass’. Return passes are not distributed after the storm has passed or after 5pm. Cliff’s does not offer cash refunds.

  • You must present your original Cliff’s Amusement Park admission receipt copy to the Guest Relations window in order to receive a return pass.
  • Season Pass holders are not eligible to receive a return pass.
  • During inclement weather we suggest visiting Candy Corner (our gift shop) or one of our many other concession food locations.

Security: Cliff’s Amusement Park is private property and we reserve the right to inspect all persons and belongings on Cliff’s property.

Service Animals: Your service animal is welcome in Cliff’s Amusement Park.  Service animals must be registered and tagged at admissions.  Animals must be in the owner’s control at all times and must be on a harness or leash no longer than four feet. Owners are responsible for the cleaning and disposing of animal waste.

Dress Code: We ask that our guests dress appropriately for our family park environment. Shirts, shoes, and shorts/pants are required at all times in the ride section of the park. Proper swimwear is required for all WaterMania! attractions. Denim and swimwear with zippers, buckles, or rivets are not permitted on WaterMania! attractions. No bikinis/swimwear allowed outside of WaterMania!. Clothing with offensive material, LOGOS or SYMBOLS are not permitted, and we will ask that it be removed.

GUIDELINES FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
We request that Guests with disabilities have someone who is familiar with their needs accompany them to the Park to assist them when loading and unloading onto rides. Special accommodations can be provided at admissions and/or Guest Relations where the guest can be issued a Disability Access Pass (DAP).

DECIDE BEFORE YOU RIDE
Prior to participating on any ride, Guests should evaluate the ride during its complete loading, running and unloading cycle. From this evaluation they should consider their own individual capabilities. This evaluation should include:

1) The ability to withstand the forces resulting from the ride action.
2) The ability to comprehend how to load, unload, and participate on the ride, including certain effects the ride will produce
3) The ability to brace, as needed, against certain ride effects.
4) For your safety, please contact Management for assistance regarding rides which may not be accessible to certain disabled individuals.

It is important to realize that there is always a remote chance that a situation may arise which requires some walking or may require the participants to be removed from a vehicle during the course of the ride. Although these occasions are rare, please be aware of this and use discretion and good judgment. Guests have a duty to act in a responsible manner before boarding any ride, device, or attraction and to obey all oral and/or written warnings prior to and/or during participation. At some rides, Guests must be mobile enough to be able to evacuate themselves using catwalks or stairs.

Guests with disabilities and the person accompanying them should enter at the ride exit and wait for instructions. Before riding, please inform the ride attendant of specific needs or extra time that may be required to board or exit the ride.

RIDE SAFETY

There are inherent risks in the participation in or on any amusement ride, device, or attraction. Guests of an amusement ride, device, or attraction, by participation, accept the risks inherent in such participation of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware.

The safety of our Guests and employees is the #1 Priority at Cliff’s Amusement Park. Safety is a shared partnership between the park and our Guests. Guests are asked to review and use good judgment when considering the ride restrictions. The Management of Cliff’s Amusement Park reserves the right to refuse to allow any Guest access to a ride which Management deems inappropriate for the individual. Please observe all caution signs before entering ride lines.

Please also note:
Due to the design of particular ride carriers, large Guests (in terms of height and/or weight) or Guests of unusual body proportions may be unable to ride.
Hearing devices and other electronic devices may be damaged by water on water rides. Please take necessary precautions to protect these items. Due to the fact that many rides vibrate, Guests should take necessary precautions to protect hearing devices and eyeglasses on all rides.

Please ensure prosthetic or orthotic devices are properly fitted and secured before riding. A prosthetic or orthotic device that becomes detached during a ride could endanger another rider and severely compromise the effectiveness of your safety restraints.

Guests may not ride on another’s Guest’s lap.

Line cutting may result in dismissal from the park.

A wristband does not guarantee access to a ride due to height restriction. Guests with wristbands will still be measured at the ride locations to ensure consistency.

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the park. Guests have a duty to not participate in or on any amusement ride, device, or attraction when under the influence of drugs or alcohol and a duty to properly use all ride or device safety equipment provided. Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be required to leave the premises.
