A: Yes we do! We offer a discount price if you have 15 or more in your group, and we have a birthday pavilion available on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations are not required.

A: You can purchase tickets online now (click here), or at our administrative office located at 4800 Osuna Rd.

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Cards and Cliff’s Fun Cards.
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes, the Cliff’s Fun Card is our gift card. You can purchase Cliff's Fun Cards online (click here) at the administrative office or at any ticket window during park hours.
Q: Do you accept checks?
A: We do not accept personal checks.
Q: Are customers allowed to bring in coolers or outside food?
A: Only Birthday Party groups of 15 or more are allowed to bring in coolers and outside food. Glass containers or alcohol are not allowed.
Q: If we leave the park, can we come back in or do we have to pay again?
A: If you plan to leave and return, make sure you get a re-entry ticket provided by the greeter at the exit gate. With your ticket you are permitted back into the park at no additional cost.
Q: How old must you be to work at Cliff's Amusement Park?
A: To be employed at Cliff's Amusement Park you must be at least 16 years old.
Q: Where can I pick up an application?
A: Applications are available here or at the administrative office, or at Guest Relations during administrative office hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm). Click here to download an application.

A: No, but we do sell Cliff’s Fun Cards! You can purchase Cliff’s Fun Cards at the administrative office or at any ticket window during park hours..
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Cliff’s policy is no refunds or rainchecks. It’s up to Management to determine if the park closes.

Q: Can you wear regular clothes at the Mega Water Monkeys’ Adventure?
A: Yes you can. Clothing with zippers, buttons, snaps or any other metal attachments are not permitted.
